The starting point

A change of logistics provider required the organisation to rebuild and secure the exchanges between Sage X3 and the new provider’s WMS. The objective was to maintain operational continuity while adapting critical logistics flows to the new environment.

SYSFLOW’s role: Project management / Integration / Supply chain coordination
